What determines the value of gold jewelry?

- 375 = 9 karat = 37.5% gold
- 585 = 14 karat = 58.5% gold
- 750 = 18 karat = 75.0% gold
- 916 = 22 karat = 91.6% gold
- 999 = 24 karat = 99.9% gold

The gold price fluctuates daily. You can find the current price in €/gram on financial portals (finanzen.net, gold.de) or via a simple Google search for "gold price today".
Note: The gold price is traded on world markets in USD/ounce. 1 ounce = 31.1 grams. Conversion: Price/ounce ÷ 31.1 = price/gram
