December is the month when parcel volumes for all German delivery services are about twice as high as the annual average. Transit times that are usually one working day can stretch to two or three. That is calculable, if you calculate it.

The calendar counted backwards

Christmas Eve 2026 falls on a Thursday. Count back from the day of delivery, not forward from the day of order.

Why rings have their own deadline
